(A) The Village President be and is hereby authorized and directed by the Village Board to file on behalf of the village an application or applications for a state grant of funds for construction of a sewage treatment works under the State Anti-Pollution Bond Act, being ILCS Ch. 30, Act 405, §§ 1 et seq.
(B) The Village President is hereby authorized and directed to act as the official representative of the village in connection therewith and to execute any and all documents that may be required for the completion of the application. All the execution of documents shall be attested by the Village Clerk.
