(A) The Village President be and is hereby authorized and directed by the Village Board to file on behalf of the village an application or applications for a federal grant of funds for construction of a sewage treatment works under 33 U.S.C. §§ 466 et seq.
(B) The Village President is hereby authorized and directed to act as the official representative of the village in connection therewith and to execute any and all documents that may be required for the completion of the application. All execution of documents shall be attested by the Village Clerk.
