§ 35.01 ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND.
   (A)   The village does hereby elect to participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
   (B)   The standard for IMRF participation shall be a position normally requiring performance of duty for 1,000 hours per year.
   (C)   The Village Clerk is hereby directed to promptly file a certified copy of this section with the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
