(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense.
(B) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 115.21 or 115.22 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 12 months, or both.
