§ 115.22 PERMITTING OR EMPLOYING PERSONS TO ENGAGE IN PROHIBITED CONDUCT; DISPLAYING PICTURES DEPICTING SUCH PERFORMANCES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit, employ, or permit any person to engage in any of the conduct prohibited in § 115.21 in a public place, or to display or permit to be displayed in a public place any pictures or films depicting acts, the live performance of which is prohibited by § 115.21.
