15-4G-6: APPLICATION PROCESS; FEES:
Any application for a building permit to create a two-unit residential development or a lot created pursuant to an Urban Lot Split in compliance with this Article on a single-family residential lot will be ministerially approved. Properties developed under this section will be subject to all applicable fees, including development impact fees, and assessments. (Ord. 1633, 3-1-2022)
