Nonprofit and charitable organizations not otherwise exempt from the payment of a business license fee pursuant to section 4-1-8 shall pay a business license fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year. The business license fee shall be subject to annual increases in accordance with section 4-2-1.
