It is unlawful for any person to commence or conduct in the City, any business specified, named, designated or referred to in this Code without first having procured a license from the City so to do as provided in this Title, or without complying with all of the requirements or provisions of this Title and any other ordinance of the City now existing or which may hereafter be adopted by the City Council, and which refers or relates to such business. The commencing or conducting of any such business without having first procured the license and paid the required license fee or without having complied with any and all such requirements or provisions shall constitute a separate violation for each and every day that the business is so commenced and conducted.
