15-4C-7: VEHICULAR ACCESS:
Where an R-2 lot abuts an alley, vehicular access to the lot must be from the alley. Curb cuts and driveways must be installed in conformance with ESMC subsection 15-15-5O. (Ord. 1648, 6-21-2023)
