15-1-4: ENFORCEMENT:
The Community Development Director or his/her duly designated representative is hereby designated as the enforcing agent of this title and any amendments thereto. The Director or his/her designated representative has the authority to require recordation of restrictive covenants on a property and/or to deny permits to prevent unpermitted changes of use and to fulfill the purpose of this Title.
