(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.12, or who shall resist or obstruct the carrying out of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.12, shall be guilty of a municipal ordinance violation, and, in addition to being responsible for the costs of abatement and administrative expenses as provided for in § 92.08, shall be punishable by a municipal fine of $50 for the first offense, and $100 for the second or subsequent offense occurring in the same calendar year.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.25 through 92.34, or who shall resist or obstruct the carrying out of the provisions of §§ 92.25 through 92.34, shall be guilty of a municipal ordinance violation, and, in addition to being responsible for the costs of abatement and administrative expenses as provided for in § 92.31, shall be punishable by a municipal fine of $50 for the first offense, and $100 for the second or subsequent offense occurring in the same calendar year.
