§ 115.16  UNAPPROVED PAINTING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall cause or permit any taxicab to appear with trade name, design, color scheme, or method of painting or lettering that is not approved by the Mayor for the vehicle concerned or that is not in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
