§ 115.15  VEHICLES FROM OUTSIDE CITY.
   Public vehicles having no Elmwood Place license and public vehicles owned by persons having their place of business outside Elmwood Place may bring passengers into Elmwood Place, but may not pick up any passenger or accept any business within Elmwood Place, for any destination within Elmwood Place, Ohio, or any destination contiguous thereto.
