§ 153.04  COOKING APPARATUS, PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.
   The fact that there is a cooking stove, range, or other cooking apparatus in use in any room in which more than one person sleeps shall be prima facie evidence that the owner of the building has let, rented, or leased the room in violation of § 153.03.
