§ 153.03  COOKING IN SLEEPING ROOM PROHIBITED.
   If more than one person, whether adult or child, uses a room for sleeping purposes, it shall be unlawful for any cooking or eating to be done in the room, and it shall be unlawful for the owner of any tenement house to rent or let any room for these purposes.
