§ 153.99  PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99 and the costs of prosecution.  Each and every day that any tenement house is used or occupied in violation of any section of this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
