§ 153.02  OVERCROWDED TENEMENT PROHIBITED.
   No room in any tenement house shall be so overcrowded as to afford less than 500 cubic feet of air to each person 12 years of age or over, or less than 250 cubic feet of air to each person 11 years of age or younger.
