(a) The following “no-parking” zones for purposes of Section 351.03(n) are hereby established and affirmed:

(3) No parking on the West side of Augusta Street between Clinton Street and Ames Street.

(5) “No parking between signs” on the West side of Augusta Street at State Street (Signs are in front of 409 Augusta Street and 419 Augusta Street).

(16) No parking on the West side of Lincoln Street from Clinton Street to State Street.
(17) No parking on the North side of Lytle Street between Toledo Street and Augusta Street.
(18) No parking on the East side of Maple Street from Fremont Street to Clinton Street.
(19) No parking on Maple Street from Clinton Street to Harris Street.
(20) No parking on the East side of Ottawa Street from Fremont Street to Clinton Street.
(21) No parking on the West side of Ottawa Street from Rice Street to Harris Street.
(22) No parking on Rice Street between Maple Street and Ottawa Street.
(23) No parking on the South side of Rice Street between Ottawa Street to Fremont Street.
(24) No parking on the North side of Rice Street between Ottawa Street and 317 Rice Street.
(25) No parking on the North side of Rice Street between Toledo Street to Clinton Street.
(26) “No parking to Corner” on the South side of Rice Street between Clinton Street and 520 Rice Street.
(27) No parking on the South side of Rice Street between Clinton Street and the East Village limits.
(28) “No Parking Here to Corner” on Rice Street at the corner of Rice Street and Toledo Street and Rice Street and Maple Street both North and South sides.
(29) No parking on the West side of South Toledo Street from Fremont Street to barricade.
(30) No parking on the East side of Toledo Street from Fremont Street to Clinton Street.
(31) No parking on the West side of Toledo Street from Clinton Street to the alley along side of the library.

(b) The following “restricted parking zones” are established and affirmed for Section 351.03(n):
(1) From March 1 to October 31, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No parking on the South side of Fremont Street between Maple Street to South Toledo Street.
(2) Two hours parking between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Rice Street between Toledo and Maple Streets, except for Sundays and holidays.
(3) Two hours parking between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Toledo Street between Rice and Clinton Streets (Toledo Street business district).
(4) Handicap parking in front of 344 Rice Street and the North side of Rice Street in the crosswalk area between Toledo and Maple Streets.
(5) Handicap parking along the Toledo Street side of 368 Rice Street.

(6) The North and South Parking Lots along the North Coast inland Trail have 24-hour parking limits except as noted below.
A. Handicap Parking is reserved for three parking spaces.
B. Two parking spaces are limited to ten-minute parking.
C. Seven parking spaces are limited to two-hour parking.
D. Two parking spaces are reserved for electric vehicles in the process of charging batteries.
E. Nine parking spaces are reserved or restricted to service and business vehicles as defined in Section 301.362 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Elmore, Ohio. Service vehicles are limited to ninety days of parking. Business vehicles are limited to 24-hour parking. (Ord. 29-21. Passed 9-13-21.)
(7) No parking is permitted in the parking lot at 410 Clinton except for users of the Elmore Community and Senior Center.

(8) The lot at 408 Rice Street has a twenty-four hour parking limit and one parking space located therein shall be designated as handicap parking.

(9) Parking is allowed as set out in this section at 351 Rice Street and 346 Rice Street except that parking shall be limited to ten minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Said ten-minute restriction does not apply on Sundays and holidays.
(10) Parking is allowed as set out in this section on Toledo Street at the first spot north of the alley along the side of 368 Rice Street, except that the parking shall be limited to ten minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Said ten-minute restriction does not apply on Sundays and holidays. (11) The parking restrictions noted above relating to handicap parking, electric vehicle parking, service and business parking, 10-minute parking, two-hour parking, and 24-hour parking shall be designated by signs in such locations as the Chief of Police shall determine. Council, by a majority vote may change the locations if it deems said action advisable.
