No person shall park, or cause, or permit to be parked, a motor vehicle on any street or within the right-of-way of any street, road or highway, in excess of the maximum consecutive parking time limit of forty-eight hours. Such vehicle shall be subject to be towed in accordance with the towing procedures of Section 351.16. (Ord. 01-01. Passed 2-26-01.)
