1331.05 FAILURE TO COMPLY; ABATEMENT BY VILLAGE.

Should the unlawful condition referred to in Section 1331.03 not be abated within the time stated in the notice given pursuant to such section, the Village Superintendent or his authorized representative shall have the right to enter upon the premises and to abate any unlawful condition.
