§ 72.10 TRUCKS AND TRAILERS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      STREET. The entire width between the boundary lines of every way, including the improved and unimproved shoulder or berm thereto.
   (B)   No person shall stand or park a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating in excess of 20,000 pounds, or a semi-tractor, semi-trailer, trailer, recreational vehicle, or bus on a street in a residential area, or adjoining a residential area, except during the process of loading or unloading the vehicle.
