The BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, as adopted in Section 1610.01
, is hereby amended as follows:
Section F-101.1 Insert: "Borough of Ellwood City."
Table F-107.2.3 Insert: "Yes" on each line in the column headed "Permit required"; "$100.00" on each line in the column headed "Permit fee"; and "$50.00" on each line in the column headed "Inspection fee".

F-403.2 Definitions: Recreational fire: an outdoor fire utilized to cook food for human consumption. All recreational fires shall be from charcoal or seasoned wood. All such fires must be extinguished by midnight.

(b) Penalties for violation of open burning requirements:
Any firm, corporation, partnership, person or persons convicted of violating the terms of the Open Burning Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $300.00 for the first conviction of this Ordinance; not less than $50.00 nor more than $300.00 for the second conviction; not less than $75.00 nor more than $300.00 for the third conviction; and any person convicted of a fourth offense or more shall pay a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $300.00 plus costs.
