   The International Property Maintenance Code as adopted in Section 1492.01 is hereby amended as follows:

   Section 101.1.      Insert: Borough of Ellwood City

   Section 103.5.      Insert: To be determined from time to time by resolution of Council

   Section 112.4      Insert: $100, $1,000

   Section 302.4.      Insert: six inches

   Section 304.14.   Insert: January 1 to December 31

   Section 602.3.      Insert: January 1 to December 31

   Section 602.4.      Insert: January 1 to December 31
