Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, is guilty of a summary offense, and shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each offense. Subsequent to the thirty-day period following notification of a violation or noncompliance, each day during or upon which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
