The Health Officer is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all health and sanitation laws of the Commonwealth as well as all of the provisions of these Codified Ordinances relating to animals (Chapter 608); abandoned articles (Section 674.01); trees, weeds and grass (Chapter 684); vector control (Chapter 690); solid waste (Chapters 1060 and 1062); air pollution; and any other provisions of these Codified Ordinances relating to health and sanitation.
