An application for a building permit shall by accompanied by a fee, payable to the Borough, based upon the estimated cost of the proposed construction as determined by the Floodplain Administrator, at the following rates:

(a) Under $200.00 | no fee |
(b) $200.00 to $999.99 | $2.00 |
(c) More than $1,000 but less than $50,000 | $25.00 for the first $5,000 plus $3.00 for every $1,000 thereafter |
(d) $50,000 to $100,000 | $54.00 for the first $50,000 plus $0.50 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
(e) $100,000 and over | $70.00 for the first $100,000 plus $0.25 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
