(a) There is hereby adopted by and for the Borough, in its entirety, for the control of buildings and structures as set forth therein, that certain code known as the BOCA National Plumbing Code, as published by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., save and except such provisions as may be hereinafter deleted or amended.

(b) Copies of such Code shall be made available to any interested party at the cost thereof or may be furnished or loaned without charge.
