Land development application shall be required for the following:
(a) For two or more residential single-family dwellings; and for residential buildings with two or more single-family units.
(b) Developments as outlined by Section 503.1 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 170 of 1988.
(c) Additions to existing residential dwellings to create three or more single- family units.
(d) Commercial structures.
(e) Industrial structures.
(f) Additions to or expansion of commercial or industrial structures.
(g) Developments as outlined by Section 503 (1.1) of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
