In processing land developments, the three-step procedure used for subdivisions will not be followed. For land development a preliminary site plan will not be required. The land development processing requirements, drawing size, certifications, acknowledgments, number of copies, etc., for submission of site plans shall be the same as for subdivisions (unless otherwise noted) and as set forth in this chapter.
