(a) Monuments shall be placed at or near the beginning and ends of tangent sections of all streets, and at the intersections of lines forming angles in the boundaries of the subdivision.
(b) The location and tie-in dimensions of all monuments shall be shown on the plan for recording.
(c) Monuments shall be permanent reference monuments of precast concrete, at least four inches square at the top, and shall be set a minimum of thirty inches in depth.
(d) No public improvements shall be accepted by the Borough until all monuments have been set and certified to by a registered surveyor.
