1242.04 APPEALS.

In any case where the Council disapproves a subdivision plan, any person aggrieved thereby may, within thirty days thereafter, appeal to the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence or Beaver County, in accordance with Article X-A of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
