1240.07 EFFECTIVE DATE; EFFECT ON EXISTING REGULATIONS.

These Subdivision and Land Development Regulations shall become effective on August 16, 1993, and shall remain in effect until modified or rescinded by the Borough Council. These Regulations shall supersede and replace all other conflicting regulations issued by the Borough previous to the approval date of these Regulations.
