1240.04   APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS; APPROVAL OF PLANS.
   (a)   These Subdivision and Land Development Regulations shall apply to all land situated in the Borough of Ellwood City.
   (b)   Plans for subdivisions within the Borough shall be submitted to and approved by the Borough before they are recorded. Such approval is in addition to, and does not supersede, those approvals required by other ordinances, resolutions or regulations of the Borough.
