(a) The fees for a telephone alarm or audible alarm in the Police Department shall be as established by resolution of Council.
(b) The fees for an intrusion alarm in the Police Department shall be as established by resolution of Council.
(c) The fee for an alarm into the Fire Department shall be as established by resolution of Council.
(d) Any person registering in a month other than January shall have his or her fee pro-rated for that portion of the year in which he or she shall have the alarm operating.
(e) All initial registration fees shall be payable upon registration and before any connection is made.
(f) Fees shall not be refundable.
