(a) When any group or organization wishes to reserve three or more shelters and/or an entire park area, it shall submit its request in writing to the Borough Council through the office of the Borough Manager.
(b) Such request shall be submitted at least sixty days prior to the date set for reservations from the general public.
(c) The information to be furnished shall include:
(1) The purpose for which the request is being made;
(2) A list of the number of shelters and facilities to be reserved;
(3) The number of persons expected to attend;
(4) The type of activities to be carried out; and
(5) Any other information which the Borough may deem necessary.
(d) The requested information shall be considered an application handled through the office of the Borough Manager, and the Manager shall gather all such information and forward it to Borough Council in a due and timely fashion, so that Council may act upon the request as soon as possible.
(e) Council may require, when it deems it to be necessary, that the applicant furnish, at no cost to the Borough, all necessary security during the course of the activity to be conducted, and carry out all other safety measures as may be directed by Council.
(f) Council may, if it so determined, request any additional charges or fees to be paid by the applicant for any extra costs imposed upon the Borough in the use of Borough employees as a result, directly or indirectly, of the activities being carried out by the group or organization.
