(a) Any group or organization wishing to use the facilities of a Borough park prior to or after the official opening or closing of said park must submit its request to the Borough Manager at least thirty days prior to the date of such requested use.

(e) Groups or organizations requesting approval to use park facilities, as described above, shall furnish the Borough with the following information:
(1) The name of the organization;
(2) The name and address of the person to contact;
(3) The date and time that use of the facilities is requested;
(4) The purpose or reason for the affair; and
(5) The estimated number of persons to attend.
(f) In the event of a conflict between groups or organizations on the request for dates, preference will be given to the request received first and to groups or organizations from within the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to deny or refuse requests as it may determine necessary and in the best interests of the Borough.
