The cost of collection will be placed on the Borough’s utility bill. Whoever fails to keep current his or her charges for collection of refuse and garbage with the contractor shall be subject to costs of collection by the Borough, plus any cost made necessary by the filing of an action at the Magistrate’s Office. The cost for collection shall be specified from time to time by resolution of Council.
