(a) The annual fee to be paid for a solid waste license shall be set from time to time by resolution of Council. Payment shall be made by check only, payable to the “Borough of Ellwood City.”
(b) A person receiving a solid waste license shall not use more vehicles for collection and hauling within the Borough than the number of vehicles listed on the application. Any change in the list as reported in the application must be reported to the Borough at least five days prior to any change in the number of vehicles to be used.
(c) A licensee shall have the license painted on each vehicle no less than two inches in height, clearly legible, and in the following manner: “ELLWOOD CITY S.W.L. No. ". Numbers shall be marked on vehicles within ten days after a license is issued.
(d) Each vehicle collecting and hauling garbage or similar waste materials shall be equipped with at least one gallon of approved disinfectant which shall be used on streets, sidewalks, etc., when such materials are spilled.
