(a) Residential Collections. The collection of garbage and rubbish from residential properties shall be made by the collector not less than one time each calendar week.
(b) Commercial and Industrial Properties.
(1) The collection of garbage, refuse and rubbish shall be made at least once a week from commercial establishments and in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section 1060.03(c).
(2) The collection of garbage, rubbish and other refuse from industrial and manufacturing properties shall be made once each week in accordance with the provisions of Section 1060.03(e).
(c) Collection From Special Premises. The collection of garbage, rubbish and other refuse from special premises, as provided for in Section 1060.03(d), shall be arranged for between the special premises and the collector. The use of the special type containers for storage and collection shall be arranged for between the organization and the collector at a fee agreed upon between each party. The fee shall be in accordance with the specifications and contract prices as provided for when a contractor is designated by the Borough.
