1050.09 NONEXCLUSIVITY OF AGREEMENTS; EXCEPTIONS.

The lease agreement shall be nonexclusive, except that Council shall have the right to limit the number of lessees if it decides that the needs of the Borough are adequately served and/or that it is not feasible to have more lessees due to space limitations, engineering problems or otherwise.
