1050.08 COMPLIANCE WITH CABLE TELEVISION AND OTHER ORDINANCES.

The lease agreement shall provide that the lessee shall comply with all specifications, requirements and provisions of any ordinance providing for the licensing of community television transmission and distribution and with any licensing agreement made with such lessee under any such other ordinance.
