1050.03 AMOUNT OF RENTAL CHARGES.

A person entering into a lease agreement under this chapter shall pay to the Borough annual rent in an amount equal to not less than six percent of the gross receipts of said person within the limits of the Borough. The rent shall be due and payable irrespective of the number of poles actually used by the lessee.
