220.04   QUORUM.
   (a)   A quorum shall consist of a majority of the members of Council, which shall be four, except as may otherwise be required by law.
   (b)   A quorum shall be required for all regular, special or adjourned meetings of Council. (Res. 1990-11. Passed 3-12-90.)
