1040.24 UNLAWFUL DISCHARGES GENERALLY.

No person shall discharge or permit to be discharged into the sanitary sewers of the Borough any sewage except such as is permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth and the permit issued to the Borough for the proper discharge of sewage.
