No person shall discharge or permit to enter into any public sanitary sewer of the Borough, any industrial waste or sewage unless the contents of said industrial waste or sewage conform to the specifications outlined by the laws of the Commonwealth and any duly adopted ordinances or resolutions of the Borough, any agreement with the industrial user or any rules and regulations promulgated and adopted by Council.
