1040.19 INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGE AGREEMENTS.

No person shall discharge or permit to enter into any public sanitary sewer of the Borough, any industrial waste or sewage until said person shall have entered into a written agreement with the Borough and the agreement has been approved by Council.
