1040.15 EQUALIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE FLOWS.

The Borough reserves the right to require industries having large variations in the rate of discharge of industrial waste to install suitable regulating devices, as approved by the Manager, for equalizing industrial waste flows.
