1040.12 SEWER RENTAL RATES FOR NONMETERED HOUSEHOLDS.

A household or equivalent unit not having water metered at the household or equivalent unit shall be charged a rate for sewer rental based on the average usage of 4,400 gallons of water per month. All other applicable rates shall apply.
