(a) All bills for sewer rental or sewage service charges imposed by this chapter shall be rendered periodically and placed on the current month's Municipal utility bill.
(b) All bills for sewer rental or sewage service charges shall be due and payable when rendered and shall be subject to a penalty of an additional charge equal to three percent if the bill is not paid within fifteen days after the date it is rendered.
(c) Sanitary sewer service to any particular property may be discontinued upon five days notice for failure of the property owner to pay the bill for sewer rental or sewage service charges with respect to that property within thirty days after the date the bill was rendered.
