1040.07 IMPOSITION OF SEWER RENTAL OR SERVICE CHARGE.

There is hereby imposed upon the owners of all properties served, or to be served, by the Borough sanitary sewerage system a sewer rental or sewage service charge for the use of the sanitary sewerage system.
